Romad Diver, I probably infuriate many because I am flexible in my thinking, open minded; I bend like a reed. I let the market tell me what is. I know what I believe makes no difference to the market.

I know that all that is being said about buyouts, valuations, future competitive environments, etc., are speculative. Though, I find most of the speculation helpful when trying to assess future probabilities.

No doubt, the final decisions on most matters will be in the hands of Dr. Menon, and Mr. Ehrlich, this before an independent BOD, even after (when, if). I anticipate any BOD formed will follow the lead of Ehrlich and Menon.

I agree with you, there is a strong possibility CTIX will continue as an independent company. I have no doubt, offers will likely be made. It all depends on Menon and Ehrlich. Most likely, they are thinking of working for many more years, developing and growing their beloved CTIX. Will there be an offer made they can not resist. Possibly.

So, maybe Yes, maybe No, maybe Neither. Speculation. If someone does know, it is hush hush. Probably, the first clues will come from the markets. Leakage of information or strong speculations by Smart Money. I listen to the markets, and filter good speculations. But, between the market and speculations, I have found it more profitable to listen to the markets.

Your post:

It seems like so many feel this stock will be bought out, and not built into a multi-billion dollar drug company. I think there is too much potential in the drugs still sitting on CTIX's shelves to sell them for nothing. I would like to see this be an investment that I never have to sell a single share of...
