Your correct about opinions, but this is a fact : the government does not want to enable industries specifically coal powered electric or cement manufacturing to become cleaner. The government wants them dead. My company is in both industries and remediate both of them. Unless you have a well backed parter or currently making money at remediation, the only thing any company has currently is a good idea.
