You mean to the shareholders who bought the 31-Jul-2013 divy announcement, expecting distribution shortly after the announced 15-Sep-2013 effective date? You know the ones who bought at 01 on 31-Jul-2013, waited over a year, and are currently -30% down. The divy turned out to be a:

Really? Where did they close the previously announced LOIs involving the refinery, and JV?

Will ORFG follow through with the Cusip, Ticker and Name Change on 09/03/14 as promised?

If one thinks a new stock ticker is exciting, wait till the OTC folks attach a "STOP SIGN" to it. That should happen on 02-Sep-14. Then everyone can celebrate the wonderful news, ORFG is officially delinquent in its OTC filings. The Chinese Masters apparently believe a new ticker is a substitute for an OTC filing. Wonder what shareholders believe?
