Catching up with my CTIX reading/research:

Found this link to an article I had not seen before. Much of the information is dated. I did not see a date of publication. The charts shown seem to be current. Some interesting numbers are thrown around, for you number crunchers. Many thanks to you folks. Positive and informative article:

Found this site while researching. Not much new CTIX information, or general coverage, but has lots of historical articles, blogs, PR's, etc. Many here also are Biotech generalists, and this site may be a good resource. I like that they have the following: 1) Companies With 50%+ Increase in Blog Mentions, and 2) Companies With 50%+ Increase in Twitter Posts. Possibly good for prospecting. Unfortunately, CTIX not currently listed. Here's the link:

Currently, CTIX is #3 on the "most read" here on iHub.

Lots of potential catalysts for the remainder of the year. Thanks, to steppe for his post (67335) and link. More dates to watch, Nov. 19 - 21. Read his post, and check the link.

biodoc's post 67329 got me thinking about the value of patience. I find value in his thinking. I also know each individual investor will have an individual investment strategy. From my experience, one of the biggest errors I have made is losing track of good prospects. Another, selling prematurely and being stubborn about not reinvesting at a higher price. I remember one instance in particular: I invested in a penny stock and bought hundreds of thousands of shares. Held it for about 6 months, started losing, then regained my investment and sold for break even. This stock went on to gain over 1000% in the next few months. I could have reentered, but was stubborn. I think this stock eventually crashed; but, I was at a point where I could no longer bear to watch it skyrocket. I don't like to chase, but there are times when momentum, timing, and company developments dictate buying at a higher price is the smart move. Unfortunately, there is no foolproof cookie cutter tool for all investments or strategies.

My view, CTIX will have many good buying opportunities for decades, unless bought out. But, early investors and those that have good timing (lucky or other), will likely, be the biggest winners.

I am retired, have time to be a nimble trader. I find technical and trading clues to be enriching. This is my experience. I do believe that timing is very, important for optimum returns. This is my experience.

For CTIX researchers, ellaruth's Instablog on Seeking Alpha is very informative. Here is the link:
