Just so you know, the license that JAMN has with the Marley family to use the Marley name doesn't allow for creating brick and mortar coffee shops with the Marley name. Here's the text from the annual report

(ii) coffee roasting services, coffee production services, and coffee sales, supply, distribution and support services, provided that the Company may not open retail coffee houses utilizing the Trademarks.
