Cellceutix's equity is traded OTC and it doesn't have an independent board of directors. So CTIX can only be acquired if Menon and Ehrlic agree to it.

Menon and Ehrlic have HUGE equity stakes so their interests are aligned with the minority public shareholders (i.e., us). They would demand the highest price they could get, and would have plenty of independent (and expensive) advice on what that price should be.

And if an acquisition were to happen, we would have no say.
