Thanks Simpsonly for the response - the wild card in this scenario is a 'supposed' arrangement with a big pharma. Andy would be very smart to cut a deal and let someone with marketing muscle drive the distribution, marketing and sales. Step back and collect milestone payments and royalties and not let his ego get in the way. I am not sure when a deal like that would be announced, i.e., after reclassification, filing an application, or getting FDA approval. A strong partner could certainly help with getting the application moved through the process and approved. Again there is an advantage of using someone else's muscle - money and contacts. jm2¢
