There was even a little more info with regard to that. They also stated that the original LOI was in doubt due to the removal of the minster that signed it. The minister and ministry personnel were removed for alleged corruption. The end result being, they may have to start the application process all over.

If I remember correctly, those bits of information were given in a supplemental informational filing at OTC Markets.

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
