Possible indicator on build schedule.

1.27 into this snn live interview hear Pickett describing San Luis states something to effect "this is going into ground about 12 months from now." Aired may 2014. Subjective of course but imo pretty good verbal indication of sl project.

Reasonably if shovels break ground May 15 I'd day take at least 4 months get all your construction ducks in a row (whiting Turner ready roll really) top of the ninth...
