And this is does not even include the MM discount % to sell the shares which increases the count 2-10%.

Dilution is one thing, but this hits no bid 1000 times before this many shares pass thru the market. Not sure who gives this much money away on the basis of these share prices.

25M is a lot of money in the penny world. I don't recommend betting the farm on any penny, but pulling out on the basis of a 25M influx of cash is even more short sighted.

And, as far as time to get in later if what BK says is true; not at these levels my friend. We show revs with this much operating cash, and the trips are history.
