Indeed hard to say what might happen, and I also remain cautiously optimistic.
I remain hopeful that NW Bio will continue to provide positive updates regarding their findings in Direct trial.

I tried to do some digging into Adaptive Licensing, in hopes of finding out whether DCVax might be one of the early products under review, but this turned out to be a dead end.
It seems to me that an issue with Adaptive Licensing is trying to figure out treatment reimbursement of drug approved with AL.
