ship co delayed a month by changing ships -then delayed again to negotiate a fuel surcharge due to oil spike to 120/ton due to libya war-then ship bounced by container ships

then geo allegedly withheld millions from the 1st 2 ships necessary to keep ball rolling

then govt prematurely cancelled 2011 permits just before 12-21-11 ship and added extra audits next yr -using that as an excuse to try to confiscate the ore -

so while dealing w that cwrn got the trommel may 19 2012 etc to process byproduct to ship aug 2012-which was then held up by contested july 2012 mex pres elections and lameduck govt

all those things beyond cwrns control

real world is not an easy place-esp mining -some entrepreneurs try mining just to cap their careers to see if they could do it
