Criminal scum NITE, CSTI and ETRF have nearly every OTC (like MCET) i'm looking at cellar boxed at .001 or lower. How is it that the SEC go after small time 23 yr old punk promoters but do NOTHING about these filth manipulating the OTC? It's a friggin joke. Corrupt jerks.
