I have no idea how TKM-Ebola is made or who makes it.

Could be farmed out for all I know.

All I know is they tested it on anmals, monkeys, and they responded marvelously, with few if any side effects.

Then human trials began and were halted due to side effects. Then the halt was lifted in the Ebola crisis.

Here we sit moving at a snail's pace while people die.
