I do believe that Lee Rice was the President and ceo of cgfi up to his death. Also cgfi is late in their annual report, August 31, 2014 maybe 30 days grace? Maye monday? Also noted that some SEC filings claim mine reports are done with SEC 7 guideline by Lee. This is a switch from most their other PR's with the Canadian reporting standard.

cgfi is in goofy mode right now.
