In 2014 I find SMKY to be:

Still dark in their required SEC filings.

Issuing press releases regarding acquiring 30M in financing from a non-toxic source. ( BOGUS )

Issuing insider information prior to firing back up the SMKY story out of the dark.

Recycling the partnership with Mary Ann's story again, and making bogus claims that mass production of SMKY products will commence at Mary Ann's in September 2014.

Nothing of any fundamental value will come of this scam stock, it is all just firing up the lame story again to pump and dump with.

SMKY was a scam then, and is certainly a scam now.

Where are the missing SEC filings that are two years late?
