Baltia does not make (or "earn") money by selling stock.

Baltia sells stock at this time to raise the necessary capital to keep the company expenses paid during the certification process.

Once certified, Baltia will begin operations and will begin EARNING revenues....."making" money.....and then there will no longer be any need to raise capital through Private Placement stock sales.

Currently....not certified and not able to actually "earn" revenues.....what other option does Baltia have?

If Baltia does not raise the necessary funds to pay its expenses, then Baltia would ultimately go belly-up.

Selling stock to pay its expenses until it is able to earn revenues is......unfortunately.....a necessary evil.

The alternative? LOL.....don't sell stock, don't raise the necessary $ to pay expenses, don't pay your bills...........and file for bankruptcy.

I guess we should all agree that selling stock is the ONLY option available to Baltia HQ at this time...........at least until they receive their certification.
