Here is what I expect regarding the TT-034 trial as a cure for hepatitis C

I expect to hear that the second patient in dose cohort number 1 will have received his dose in September 2014. I have virtually no doubt in that expectation!

I expect to hear that the patients dosed in dose cohort number 2 will experience about a10% reduction in their hepatitis C viral load.

I expect to hear that the patients dosed in dose cohort number 3 will experience about a 32% reduction in their hepatitis C viral load.

I expect to hear that the patients dosed in dose cohort number 4 will experience have no detectable hepatitis C virus remaining. They will have a functional cure and will be able to live long and normal lives.

If by chance the dose cohort number 4 is not a complete cure, then I have virtually no doubt that dose cohort number 5 will experience a functional cure and live long and normal lives.
