this is not a common practice but it is one that has been done in pinks before > if a buyback is to be financed by a new issue of shares then the new shares could be issued < and in this case 2.5 billion .... with the increase it usually drives the pps downward as in this case 0.0001 is the likely target goal for the company > then the frenzy is on to gobble those shares as quickly as possible while keeping things legal and all the while blending in > during this time period most people think that this is the company diluting which makes for even more panic selling >>>>>>> then after this all dies back down the company instead announces a share retirement and if you do the math on what the possible share retirement number is to be done by the company you will quickly draw conclusions to to where the pps might be coupled with sector news and/or company news ......
now many here are probably thinking this is not possible and is not legal > well you do the D/D and then make your own decision whether to buy or sell this stock ...... there are things a company does in advance of the above procedure > there are detailed rules concerning the use of any share premium paid on the issue of new shares to finance the buyback existing shares .... i will wait to here the back-lash from other ihub-members before stepping into or over the imaginary lines peeps draw in the world of pump-n-dumps or pinkyland ........ in the meantime lets all have a fun labor day weekend > see you all next week > and lets all keep an eye on this stock as well as the sector ..........
