EDIG "believed" they met the NAZ requirements and "expected" to get listed but of course like everything else they have "believed" or "expected" in the entire existence of this company there were wrong. That is why I say it is more than "bad luck" and more like a flim flam operation. Back in 2000 my theory is they did some one off engineering projects making flash players under contract and maybe some of the biggies were going to work with them more BUT they figured out EDIG has no IP applicable to flash devices that use RAM and therefore nothing proprietary so they dropped them like a hot potato.
