Your handle seems familiar. Did our paths cross before? Were you in FCSC or AMRN at some point in time in the past? Or was it Neoprobe/Navidea?

Your point about it being scam, I am not so sure but the company hierarchy does raise eyebrows...suck in public money through SBFM and funnel it up into the privately held Parent company(Advanomics) in the name of yearly exclusive licensing fees. Do you know SBFM pays something around $360K in annual licensing fees to her parent, privately held Advanomics as per the linked edgar filing? The CEO of SBFM is also the principal shareholder of privately held Advanomics. If Adva-27a were so great, why did Advanomics out licensed it to a public company? Wouldn't you want to keep the whole cake and eat it too?
