Joe ... Since you are a public figure and plaintiff in the case, why on earth would you continue to plead your case and ask for answers to questions like that, from posters on a penny stock message board? Are you really hoping someone here can or would furnish you with those answers? If that is not your hope ... continuing to plead your case here and asking these questions is really sounding weird, Joe. Isn't this a slam dunk case? It's sure not sounding like it. I think it would be smarter to just plead your case to a jury and let the answers to your questions be uncovered in the appropriate place. Sorry, but I just can't help you.
