TopPenny, I appreciate you response but I was wondering in a buy back situation does the Company just put a price and can any stock holder sell, or can the Company state that a stock holder has to have so many shares (such as 30 million) or above to be eligible for a buy back. I know this is a foolish question, but I am truly new to this game. Thank you again.
