I don't see any indication that Geo has completely moved on. After all, He posted a counter response to XXII management. This was likely a move to save any credibility he has with his followers.

We are dealing with pros. I'm sure many of the XXII board posters are also some of the smartest people in the room in their everyday lives. You think that Geo isn't aware that we would notice if the short interest went to nil? That would erode immense credibility to the author. It would prove that the author didn't put his money with his words. He owns the 20 cent XXII valuation and now he has to eat some of it.
