It would be interesting to find out just how much money HLNT has brought in from selling shares since 2010. And let's not forget the $1,000,000 dollar loan from Mr Richard Deslongchamps JR. last summer. Wonder if the CFO, Harold Zeller, is also working out of his car, even still with the company, HTI or AHS.

HLNT has a great plan for the investors, not the "looses" and the "hoseys" who have nothing better to do with their time.
Personally, at this point in time, I perfectly fine with the lack of overhead such as shop and needless personnel until the development matures. It takes time, money and more time to bring something to fruition especially with minimum money.

What is known about this investment comes
solely from page 6 of a 11 page brief filed by Mr Southern April 18. 13-CV-000467

"soewhat greater than one million dollar investment of Richard Deslongchamps JR into AHS"

"Mr Deslongchamps was represented by Andrew White of Richmond VA
while Margaret Farrell of Warwick RI prepared an opinion letter concerning the investment deal." Mr White received $32,000 and Ms Farrell $15,000 for their services.

Timeline: Mid-Nov 2012, concluded 1st week of Jan 2013.
"admittedly complicated due to internal squabbling on the part of the AHS Board of Directors."

Mr Coats referred to this as an investment [newsletter] and Mr Southern also called it an investment. [as cited above] The terms of the investment are unknown.
