Wrong, again. Angel's "Preferred A Series" shares = BG Medical Technologies, which has yet to be registered and/or a ticker assigned, just as I previously outlined, here,

From a professional standpoint, I control 10,000 shares in each of the two companies I own/operate. Angel's "Preferred A Series" shares," just like my two companies, are not yet publicly registered and/or yet tradeable.

When Angel chooses to register, "Bud Genius, Inc.," and/or "Genius Bio Tech, Corp," and/or "BG Medical Technologies" and new ticker symbol(s) are assigned to one and/or all Genius companies, Angel's "Preferred A Series" shares will become registered in the newly uplisted company.
