Yes, within the context, Dr. Seymour recommended the bullshit he privately emailed to one shareholder as to what to tell other worried shareholders, "What's there to worry or be concerned about? When it goes down, buy more!!!!!" is what other people (plural) including friends (plural) should be told.

The July 15 bullshit time line by Dr. Seymour, told privately to friends and family, is just more Seymour Bullshit deja vu all over again. Check your email box again -- you may have gotten an email urging you to buy ahead of the mythical July 15 Tox start date. Perhaps he even said you can bank on it and to spread the word.
