there are some inaccuracies in this bloated filing. the following may be true in two years, but really?

under Management’s Discussion
Revenues, net
"We generated no revenue during the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and the quarter ended June 30, 2016."

and it looks like they just keep the same old stuff in there. if you can't dazzle with brilliance, baffle with BS.
