Indeed you have... If anyone here has been unbias straight up its you. I on the other hand assuming there may possibly be validity to the pure speculation and allegations hope it does bring justice IF TRUE. I base my perception of WNBD in it's entirity only on past business managerial actions/results by this CEO and how he has stated many many things that just never come true. You know the friendly financing... the new big box spring roll out... uplisting....no R/S... those are grounds I base all my opinions on. So why couldn't one "assume" this to have merit?

While my opinion might be shared by many based on the same criteria.... those allegations are indeed very very strong and need some validation or IMO that poster should be held accountable. Pretty damning stuff and the wanting to get back at the CEO in that manner is unjustified.

Just a thought though.... does anyone really think due to the nature of how this CEO has made things so personal by pleading for behind the scenes funding... share compensation... breaking trust with offering misdirected hopes on denying a R/S will happen... and then to soft shoe it by then saying its to uplist which never happened and now back at .0001... well don't you think the mess here was brought on by his actions provoking a shareholder who took him personally to the point of making allegations such as this? I'm not saying it's right or condoning the actions... just stating is it any wonder why people sometimes do what they do when personally being hurt or upset ? Happens every day.. but if wrong he chose the wrong forum to seek that justification. The CEO deserves better and guilt has to be proven... he hasn't been remotely proven yet.

OK all said and done... credit DD for digging up evidence that actually supports you serenity and what you said from day 1. It appears that this guy is becoming highly suspect and unless he can come forward with more legitimate proof he is the real guilty party. I back no liar, no deceiver .. no one that cannot back up their accusations regardless of whose side of the aisle they are on.

Emotions are spirited here and have been... but the emotions are derived from parties responsible to and from the CEO. Those emotions for and against are ok... but a liar and a rumor monger there is no place for. If this guy can't prove it... he is just that a low life liar.
