A 30% drop is very unlikely. For what its worth, IDC predicts this:

"Barring an adjusted forecast down the line, IDC sees desktop PCs going from 133.5 million shipments in 2014 to 121.1 million in 2018; portable PC shipments holding steady at 170 million in 2014 and in 2018; and total PC shipments going from 303.5 million in 2014 to 291.1 million in 2018."
