what you will see is they will merge with AMEL ( but under its New Name ( Intergraded Energy Solutions INC ) who will merge with Patten Energy ( if that happens) owners of Patten probably did not want the association with ECO-Petroleum Solutions. So they went with AMEL and Zimber is now the major stock holder there and on board of directors. Lucky us stock holders there.
