Contracts were likely signed (consummated) at the point of the video "done deal". Signed contracts without shipping are worthless anyways.
No license, not one domestic bottle sold = no money. This video was in November / Q4. She said "during first quarter." not immediately. License got delayed so product shipment gets delayed. No money to ship.
She pumped shipping contracts to attract investors. To dilute to raise capital because they were broke.
But I agree, that dilution schedule lists our O/S at 420 million in Janurary. She mismanaged the money from dilution. Or she should have personally financed the first container. Put a lien on her house etc.
Yes, she didn't ship. I think the deeper question is : Why didn't she try harder to meet her commitment? Maybe: answer is: she lied and contracts were false, more interested in selling shares than vodka, needed money.. all of the above? Or maybe she did have signed contracts and Qlimax is the distributor but no money until now and marketing is a better idea..
She needs to clarify this in more detail and provide proof. I'm on your side here - i posted plea for resolution on their FB wall. .. I'm not Margrit's bitch and Im red $40K+ myself like the rest and still a multi-million bagholder. In my RL job (software / IT), most projects actually don't ship on time. Its not always someone lying. Not making excuses for her, trying to rationalize. My opinion probably wrong , maybe there is some truth in my musings.
Last point: Marani still has link on their Brazilian shipping info on their site. This tell me Brazil is still on and the deal is still done and just waiting for marketing. Plus she is flying ( or has flown already) back down there to handle marketing. DO you think international marketing and commercials are lies?
