I hope you right but why would that person with knowledge say that and even say if you want post it.They sure know the deal the players whom they are with contact numbers ect.

Maybe that person was selling all summer knowing about the r/s the structure of the deal.Then when the pps tanked as it did just maybe they trying to get everything on the low end if you get my drift.

Maybe they were taking huge losses regarding them sales however if they waited until after the deal,R/S was announced there losses would have been much larger.Now that's speculating but I'm thinking its very possible.Well its imo.

Not going to discount anything cause I have had conversations with (3)different people CEO,some type of associate and a major holder and I got three different versions.Some of it the same and some is not even close so that is a red flag.

After I talked with the CEO the next evening I spoke to a major stock holder.That's what set me off 8/22 a friday night.

I was shocked at some of the comments from that major holder to me about the CEO regarding me reiterating my conversation I had with the CEO to them.

There sure is no love between these parties that's for sure.If that CEO ears were not burning that night he had to be in a walk in freezer.
