You are totally correct regarding the relationship with Molnlycke. COV has really no expenses and collects a royalty stream, along with milestone payments. Molnlycke would not have done this deal and already paid in the previous quarter an upfront fee of $3.5 million unless they saw great potential.

Covalon is still relatively undiscovered and will show great results join forward.

Take a look at Mitec---MTM, as they are connected to Covalon and own about 2.75 million shares of COV and trade around .34----compelling.
