Hey legaltips - you've been here since 2011, don't know if you have read posts silently, but I've often opined that someone is buying these shares for about a year now, or its MM's just churning to catch a few dollars here and there.

It makes sense to me from what we know, particularly after the Kotak video, that Whelan may have made a deal whereby a corporate entity or related individuals acquire shares quietly.
