How much is UPOT worth?

As of now, assuming all 15 lots are leased to tier 3 growers, the revenue,
(not profit) should be $0.0603 per share per year.
$342,720 per grower times 15 tier 3 growers divided by 85,160,437 shares


Assumes:
$9.52 per square foot of canopy (existing lease amount)
all lots leased to tier 3 growers (Hydes has applied for tier 1)


Now is a $0.06/ year revenue stream worth $0.66 per share?
