At the time of these contracts, it was more much risky than now: If the CA license was denied, company would have been DOA. Now, many things in place and not sure why so much fear. It was undeniably all-or-nothing before in Jan and Feb before license. We made it and are now finally getting ready to air commercials this month and ship and everyone is freaking out because of delayed contracts. Walk away from the concert because the band is running late and promoter lied and said that they would be there 2 hours ago. Sometimes the band does show up and rocks.
