Chris Keenan has always been honest and professional when ever I have a question 24/7 and I thank him. I hope he's paid well.

I will have to say the repore between CK and myself has not always been good and at time quite intense. Prior to CK, as discussed, my persistence has led to a cease and desist letter earned. Also, previously, my feelings as to CK and his attitude have been made clear.

However, the last several exchanges have been quite pleasant with CK and so it is important that I also make that known. He has been patient, informative, and fairly pleasant. I would also include that he portrayed these more approachable traits in spite of the fact that he has been taking a beating by some (no names mentioned) that have not shared my current feelings when speaking with him.

Take it from one who knows, we are only going to get from IR what they are allowed to give and the explanations, at least for me, have been better when I was more polite.
