That is NOT a denial of a reverse split in any court......not even the food court

A better man than Peter ( and no doubt smarter ) once said " it depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is."

We all know how that turned out......the stain in Peter's case is probably special sauce.

People have caught on to this turd and it's constant fluff announcements, until some time goes by ( think 6 months) with this at the .0001-.0003 range and is forgotten then maybe a surprise P&D campaign can revive it and get a good, although short lived spike.

Other than that the choices are R/S, or .0001-no bid and sit in nowhere land.......all scams eventually run out of steam.

If stuck with this turd, hold, if in at .0001-.0002 then by all means sell at .0003 or .0004 if possible.
