This is just sad. Bob and HRDN had the opportunity to participate in the growth of a new and historic industry. Unfortunately he lied to shareholders, which is well documented, and shareholders made stock purchase decisions based upon that.

Additionally, how is it possible that a company can rack up millions in debt to note holders and not do anything meaning for the business? Clearly something is wrong there and they will be dragged into this as well.

However, Bob is the one who is calling the current shots as CEO and major shareholder and he will be the one who suffers the appropriate consequences.
