Not 32 people, Someone had stated two crews of 8. I could be way off? That means there are 32 hands digging! and 32 eyes searching! 8 x2= 16 employee's each have two hands and two eyes!! LOL It is still a whole lot of folks looking and logging everything! Of course some are running the boats and such. All and all it's a good thing for real shareholders!! In my opinion
