Prophet - Reverse split may be being planned now. No one really knows. The plan for share restructuring was disclosed....just not the details.

Remember, this is Peter Michaels. Didn't he insist that no reverse split was in the works last time Hop-On reverse split... two weeks after he made those emphatic claims.
Didn't Hop-On file an amendment to do a reverse split earlier this year? Wasn't this about the same time Pete was insisting on no reverse split, all while mentioning* to a shareholder that called him that a reverse split might not be that bad of a thing?

*If you want more examples of why I don't believe a word coming out of CEO Petey's mouth, read past posts from others posting opinions critical to Hop-ON and its subsidiaries. Some posters have a lot of knowledge of pete's past schemes and the trouble he is/has been in....serious and/or civil actions. Some states throw debtors in jail for not paying what they owe or the judgments assessed by court action.
