I neglected to consider an aspect which stands to negate a portion. I will ponder a bit prior to reposting.

However, whether bad news or good news, I continue to argue this stock should not be acquired at this time. Should this be inconsequential news it means nothing in terms of debt reduction, and should it be positive news, YA will simply dilute us more rapidly while keeping the pps down.

Until such time as the debt is repaid we are destined for another r/s. It will be the filings which should dictate our decisions.
