Good luck with that. Imo Covey and cronies will grab any such real estate profits to compensate themselves. After all, this group of people bought the place prior to APT going public. Is there any evidence of this property being a "company asset" on a balance sheet? I doubt it. I suspect they want to cash out and compensate themselves before posting an audit.

Imo Pastor Covey feels he's following some "divine plan".. that his actions are governed and sanctified by a higher power. He feels everyone who invests has been "called" to do so and will be richly rewarded one day in the great by and by. There is a season for everything. God moves in mysterious ways.
