How long does the mini-evac and ditching exercise take (a few days), and the table top exercises (1 to 2 days) and 100 hours of proving flights (2 weeks tops) to complete Phase III?

Phase IV is basically obtaining the necessary signatures to get the certificate approved.....do you think President O is going to delay this one?

Yes......there still is time to get this all done by october 1st,
