and if you check his other co.'s the ones dissolved long time ago are still in Nevada data , , but no Halberd ,,, nothing, nothing, nothing

yes, he shows on 3 different co;s,,,2 dissolved long ago,,, my point is, halberd shows on OTCmarkets as registered in 2007 in Nevada and Nevada has never heard of that co. ,,,,
