I'm confident that Baltia has done everything necessary to move into Phase111, which will move very fast once they're in it... My only concern is the FAA may be dragging their feet due to the events in Russia, &, if so, can Baltia hang in there financially until the situation is defused? Will the angels/whales be willing to buy many more millions of discounted shares to keep them afloat? I hope I'm wrong, but I have my doubts they will if the situation with Russia doesn't resolve itself soon.
