only 143 people own shares in this company?

What is the difference between a registered shareholder and a beneficial holder of shares?

If your shares of [TTNP] stock are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, you are considered to be a “registered shareholder” of those shares. If that is the case, the proxy material has been sent directly to you by our transfer agent.

If your shares of [TTNP] stock are held in a stock brokerage account or by a bank or other nominee, you are considered to be the “beneficial holder” of the shares held for you in what is known as “street name”. If that is the case, the proxy material has been forwarded to you by your broker, bank or nominee, which is considered the shareholder of record of those shares. As the beneficial holder, you have the right to direct your broker, bank or nominee how to vote your shares by using the voting instruction form or card included in the proxy material sent to you by your broker, bank or nominee, or by voting via telephone or the Internet. You should follow the voting instructions provided with your proxy material.
