NUOCO Mining Plan Objectives Report
August 29, 2014

Dear Medinah Minerals, Inc. Shareholders:

At the May 12, 2014 Medinah Minerals, Inc., Shareholder Meeting, the Board indicated that the private company, Compania NUOCO Mining Chile S.C.M., would be hiring an accredited Mining Engineer to produce a Mining Plan for the further expansion of the entire NUOCO mining project.

We are very pleased that Medinah Mining Chile has now received and approved the attached Mining Plan report (NUOCO pages 1-68 attachment) from Mining Engineer, Ivan Leonardo Fernandez Diaz R.U.T. 7.386.611-1, that will be instituted immediately.

It should also be noted that a secondary Mining Engineering Report, specifically delineating the Compania Minera LDM Chile gold project objectives, is close to completion and will be published when received.
