Trades at 0.00 are not real trades - they are brokers who accept the shares from their clients who want to clear their accounts from SPNGQ to take the tax loss or close their accounts. As a courtesy, the broker will take ownership of the shares to clear the account without the client having to pay the trading commission (although some brokers will charge for this service).
